We will pick-up and return your dog between 9am and 5pm, unless otherwise specified.

Cancelations will not be refunded. If you have signed up for a year of service, you have two weeks (ten days) of cancellation days available to use at your discretion.

We will do a quick paws check and wipe off dry dirt before re-entering your home. If your dog requires washing, brushing or extra care please let us know. There will be an added fee for this service.

Please note:
  • For everyone’s safety, it is our policy to use gentle lead collars only.
  • We are not able to accommodate intact males over 6 months of age.
  • Remember to have 2 (two) sets of keys made, tagged with your pet’s name only, for us.
  • Also, register your credit card with your veterinarian in case of emergency.
